 Our school’s strong reputation is based on our proud track record for excellence. Our approach is based upon the educational philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori.

The Montessori approach recognizes that the child’s early years, from birth to six, are the most formative. The Montessori environment contains hands-on materials, which are a source for learning and discovery. The child acquires knowledge of the natural world and the skills needed to becoming a responsible member of society.

Montessori Pathways School is affiliated with the American Montessori Society and adheres to its Code of Ethics.

Montessori Pathways School is registered with the Illinois State Board of Education as a private Montessori School serving children 3 to 6 years of age.

For children under three, we offer the Parent-Child Class. Here parent and toddler learn together in an environment that addresses the needs of very young children and their families.

Montessori Pathways School is incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois and is governed by a Board of Directors.
